A window captures the air outside it brings it in, it blows around. A lense opens to reveal a moment discovered, to keep and savor, perhaps to share.
A window frames a view, as does a snapshot, one is alive, the other once lived.
I have a fossil, I found myself in a creek bed in California, you'd think I'd found gold, as I held up my treasure and glowed.
My fossil is of a shell shape, it has waves in it, it once had life cradled in it's bed, a shadow of it's existence is now my fossil in a glass box.
A window opens to a wide open world A lens captures it in time, a capsule of existence, once lived Or, like the window, time in the present perhaps, something to share in the moment.

The Moon shines down on this mournful eve when the fairy who dances alone must wish upon a star, so far.
The fairy sways to the sweet music of the waves as they kiss the sea. The mermaids encircle her, arms entwined, like a garland of roses, as the full moon spotlights her graceful moves.
A gift from the sea to the star that shines down Prevailing evermore this eventide the joining of these two, in the marriage of Heaven and Earth.
